Refund policy

We have a 14-day and 10% cancellation policy, which means you have 14 days after ordering service to request a cancellation. 

To start a cancellation, you can contact us at getezplates@gmail.com. Please note that cancellations will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.

You can always contact us for any question at getezplates@gmail.com. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on processed registrations or gift cards.

Exchanges

we can exchange any registration order for any other and collect any difference if there is one. Any negative difference will be returned in the amount of 90% of the difference.
